Stamp Guides

Contribute a Stamp Guide

Share your philatelic knowledge with collectors and receive full credit on StampSeeker.

StampSeeker welcomes clear, collector-friendly guides from knowledgeable collectors, societies, dealers and philatelic businesses. Guides should help collectors understand a stamp, issue, country, variety or collecting area.

Who can contribute?

  • Collectors with specialist knowledge
  • Philatelic societies and study groups
  • Dealers with genuine subject expertise
  • Auction specialists and catalogue or literature experts

What makes a good guide?

  • Helpful and educational for collectors
  • Clear and accessible — not just for specialists
  • Based on real philatelic knowledge and experience
  • Not primarily a sales pitch or promotional piece
  • Careful and measured about authenticity, value and condition claims

Credit and attribution

Contributors receive full author credit on their guide. StampSeeker can include a short contributor bio alongside your guide.

A relevant website or society/dealer link may be included where appropriate. StampSeeker may lightly edit submissions for clarity, structure and consistency.

For dealers and businesses

If a dealer or business contributes a useful guide, StampSeeker may include a clearly labelled contributor credit alongside the published guide.

If the business genuinely stocks material relevant to the guide, StampSeeker may include a relevant link to their website. Contributors may also be listed in a future dealer section on StampSeeker, free of charge.

Paid advertising or sponsorship opportunities may be considered at a later stage, once StampSeeker can demonstrate it is sending meaningful traffic. No paid placements are currently active.

Future dealer and society listings

If you are a dealer, society, study group or philatelic business and your expertise is relevant to a guide, StampSeeker may also consider you for a future dealer or society listing.

Early listings may be free while StampSeeker measures traffic, collector interest and outbound clicks. Paid advertising or enhanced listings may be considered later, but only when StampSeeker can clearly show that it is sending useful collector traffic.

Any future listing or sponsored placement will be clearly labelled. StampSeeker will keep editorial control of guide content and will not imply that it authenticates stamps, verifies individual listings or guarantees stock availability.

Editorial review

Submission does not guarantee publication. StampSeeker retains final editorial control and may reject content that is overly promotional, inaccurate, unclear or otherwise unsuitable.

StampSeeker does not authenticate stamps, verify individual listings, or guarantee values. Guides are provided as collector reference information only.
